Yes.. stretching is the answer. If you have time you can do that exercise everyday or every other day to get the results faster. Maybe just 1 set 10 reps. This is exactly why we Pilates is so good because we stretch and work at the same time, you can’t have one without the other. It won’t be long until you can do that xxxx
Can I do a couple at a time maybe do the 1st 3 days all in 1 go or not really? Xx
