Totally agree lots of small goals better than a big unrealistic one, which can make you feel like a huge failure when you never meet them.I’m still loving your videos mixing up the 30days, with Swiss ball and dynaband... I’m treating myself to a new video each week and doing on my day off, I find keeps my interest and motivation. When I’m working I’m trying to commit to Max 30mins in morning to get me started...So keep ‘em coming lady! Loving Yogi’s camera action! 🐶
Thanks for this Jo, I’ve definitely been slacking on the exercise now that I’m back working in the office half the time. My goal is to do 3 workouts a week and make sure I drink my water each day
