The first video has a introduction at the start which might be helpful if you are new to Swiss ball workouts, it’s only 7 mins long but worth practicing some of the moves I’ve mentioned so you feel confident on the ball!! All 5 sessions are different with lots of challenges..It’s Pilates on the ball mixed with all my PT work so lots of variety and fun!! I used to teach Swiss ball classes for years and had SO much fun doing them.. balls flying everywhere!
