A Pilates based workout

Workout number 3 is a mat based, all body workout. It will work your core, stability and stretch your muscles. Please stop exercising if you feel pain and consult your GP before continuing.

Pilates #4 is mat-based and works your core muscles.

This is Pilates no.6! A workout for your legs and core. Starting with a challenging balance exercise, moving the focus to your legs followed by a good stretch!
