Swiss Ball 01 with introduction
This is the first Swiss Ball workout, so it includes a 7 minute introduction to the Swiss Ball. You can skip forwards to 7 minutes and 40 seconds to start the workout, but we recommend watching the introduction if you have not used a Swiss ball.
Swiss Ball Workout 3
The Swiss ball is also known as a balance ball. It will work muscles that may be overlooked during a mat class.

This balance ball workout will be a challenge for your core muscles. If you have not used a balance ball before, watch the introduction at the start of workout 1.
